The Institute recruits Temporary Agents and Contract Agents. Seconded National Experts (SNE) are also engaged.
Recruitment is facilitated through open selection procedures. EIGE follows its own rules and practices on recruitment, respecting those of EU institutions. Successful candidates are offered contracts in accordance with the Staff Regulation of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities.
