Canon Fundation in Europe

Canon is offering research fellowships.




The European Fellowship holders pursue a period of research in Japan whereas the Japanese Fellows do their research at host institutions in Europe. The Fellowships are awarded for periods of minimum three months and maximum one year. The Fellowships are awardedregardless of discipline and existing employment positions.

3. Research Fellows by disciplines from 1990 until 2011The breakdown of Research Fellows into individual disciplines varies from year to year. Of the total of 271 Fellows sponsored by the Canon Foundation in Europe from 1990-2011, 54% were in humanities, 34% in natural sciences, and 12% in engineering.
